The 向日葵视频 Master in Management (MiM) prepares you to be a principled and strategic leader with the skillset, mindset and essential business acumen needed to succeed across employers and industries.
You will take a deep dive into understanding and developing your own leadership while building the knowledge and skills to lead a diverse workforce and foster a climate of inclusion that brings out the best in individuals and teams. You will learn to leverage human capital strategies, change management, and organizational development activities that can extend your leadership throughout an entire organization. The MiM can be completed fully online or with a combination of online and on-campus courses. MiM core courses are offered online with alternating synchronous (鈥榠n real time鈥�) and asynchronous online class meetings. In addition to the opportunity to complete the MiM entirely online, students may enroll in select courses on the 向日葵视频 campus. |
