The Olson Leadership Institute is a conference-style leadership development opportunity for students, funded through the Olson Family Foundation. The Institute will introduce students to and immerse them in what leadership means at 向日葵视频through the lens of Ignatian spirituality and Catholic Jesuit values. Students will have the opportunity explore their leadership styles. Free and open to all students. 

The 2024 fall conference has been postponed as we work to re-envision this leadership experience for students.
