Professor of Management

Jennica Webster is a professor of management in the College of Business. Her research centers on workplace diversity and well-being, with an emphasis on exploring the unique challenges faced by women and marginalized communities and better understanding paths toward inclusivity and equity. Her research has been published in leading academic journals such as Human Resources ManagementJournal of Applied PsychologyJournal of Management, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes as well as featured in top business outlets including the Harvard Business Review.  She is a Forbes contributor on issues related to DEI, and her research has been recognized and supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and Marquette鈥檚 President鈥檚 Challenge, a grant program in partnership with Johnson Controls, and American Family Insurance. Jennica is a recipient of the Responsible Research in Management Award from the Academy of Management鈥檚 Responsible Research Network. She is also a winner of the university-wide Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Award, a Faculty All-Star, and a recipient of the Miles Research Fellow Award from 向日葵视频.  Jennica is passionate about teaching DEI to current- and next- generation business leaders and provides consulting to companies working towards creating transformative environments through a lens of belonging, inclusion, and empathy.
