CheckMarq enrollment verification
Current students can generate an enrollment verification document on demand through their CheckMarq account. The enrollment verification will list the most recent program information, enrollment history, and any degrees earned at Marquette. The verification document can be generated for a single semester or all semesters at Marquette. International students may use the Unit and Status information on a single semester verification to confirm their MU enrollment for that semester meets the full-time requirements of the F-1 regulations.
Step 1: Log in to CheckMarq and click or tap the Grades and Transcripts tile.

Step 2: Enrollment Verification
In the left navigation menu click or tap Enrollment Verification. Use the term field lookup to receive verification information for a single semester or leave the term field blank to receive information for all semesters your record was active at Marquette.
When you click submit, the verification information will appear in a printer-friendly pop-up page.
NSC (National Student Clearinghouse) MyHub
ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ provides enrollment and degree information to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) on a regular basis. Your NSC MyHub account contains all of the information provided to NSC for you to date. You can also access enrollment verification reports, including a Good Student Discount Certificate. If you need a verification with your most up-to-date enrollment information, you are encouraged to generate the verification through your CheckMarq account.
Step 1: Log in to CheckMarq and click or tap the Grades and Transcripts tile.

Step 2: NSC MyHub
In the left navigation menu click or tap NSC MyHub. Use the "Access NSC MyHub" button to connect to your account. Note that a new window will open outside of CheckMarq when accessing NSC MyHub. You may be asked to establish multi-factor authentication via a text or email account on your first time accessing your NSC MyHub account.
Other enrollment verifications
Current student can obtain an enrollment verification with more specific information, such as GPA, credit hours or tuition payment in your enrollment verification or if your auto/health insurer or loan company requires a specific form, complete the Request for Verification of Enrollment/Tuition, Sign the form and submit via one of the following methods:
- In person at ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵCentral.
Note: immediate service is available for $10.
- Fax the form(s) to ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵCentral at (414) 288-4080.
- Mail the form(s) to ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵCentral.
- Email form(s) to ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵCentral.
Most verifications are provided within three business days of receipt of request.
Employers, Insurance Companies and Lenders
ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵhas authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification.

Proof of enrollment to defer student loans
The Office of the Registrar submits enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse several times each term. The Clearinghouse reports data to lenders who determine whether you the requirements for loan deferment, that is, postponing your student loan repayment.
If you receive a loan deferment form from a lender, forward it to ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵCentral.
