- To change section numbers after SOC building has ended and students are registered.
- College: make a copy of each class roster that is to be changed.
- College: drop all of the students from each affected section.
- College: email the Office of the Registrar at registrars@marquette.edu when the students are dropped and what the new class numbers are to be.
- The Office of the Registrar will notify the college when the section numbers are changed.
- College: re-register each student in the appropriate section.
Note: Because this is an optional change and is the choice of the college to change section numbers after students are registered, do not disadvantage students who have already registered and ask them 'to re-enroll' for a new section. It is now the responsibility of the college to manually re-register students into these changed sections and notify the students of the change.
