This is not a downloadable form.

The 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) has been reformatted under the FAFSA Simplification Act to make it easier to submit information including using the Direct Data Exchange to pull in tax information. For the 2025-26 FAFSA, students (and spouse, as appropriate) will report their tax year 2023 income information.
