A rich sacramental life is one element of the dynamic faith environment on campus. Campus Ministry offers opportunities for students interested in discerning entrance into the Catholic Church or preparing to receive the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist (Communion).
Are you interested in becoming Catholic? Campus Ministry sponsors a Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) process for students that runs through the academic year.
As part of the RCIA process, students join others discerning membership in the Catholic Church and experience how Catholic Christians live and follow Christ. In addition, students receive preparation for the sacraments of initiation – Baptism, Confirmation, and First Eucharist.
Students interested in inquiring about or signing up for the RCIA are encouraged to contact Fr. Nathaniel Romano, S.J.
Want to be a part of the Leadership Team and accompany students undergoing Christian Initiation and/or Confirmation? Contact Fr. Nathaniel Romano, S.J.
The sacrament of Confirmation is one of the three sacraments of initiation. Through this sacrament, Catholics grow in relationship with God and are sealed or marked by the Holy Spirit.
Catholic students who have not yet received the sacrament of Confirmation are encouraged to participate in the Campus Ministry Confirmation preparation program.
To inquire about and/or sign-up for the Confirmation preparation process, contact Fr. Nathaniel Romano, S.J.
