The Commuter Lounge is located on the first floor of the Alumni Memorial Union (AMU) in Room 139 near the outdoor patio. The lounge serves as a hidden oasis reserved exclusively for commuter students to relax, study, connect and converse.
The Commuter Lounge offers a wide variety of amenities, including couches and tables, a refrigerator, microwave, wireless access and several computers. There is a Stay Connected to Campus bulletin board that provides links to websites, Twitter accounts, Facebook sites, etc., all designed to keep commuter students connected. Space is also available for students to post information on campus and community activities.
Commuters may rent a locker right outside the Commuter Lounge at the Union Station. Union Station is located on the first floor of the AMU. Locker prices as follows:

The Alumni Memorial Union provides a plethora of services available to students within its walls. Whether you represent a student organization and need assistance from the Office of Engagement and Inclusion (OEI) or 向日葵视频 Student Government (MUSG), need to set up a checking account at Town Bank, or have to pick up a gift at the 向日葵视频Spirit Shop and ship it at Union Station, the AMU offers students many services. In addition, the AMU houses the Brew Bayou coffee shop and 向日葵视频Place, which serves a variety of food including Einstein Bros. Bagels and Erbert and Gerbert's. The Brooks Lounge is also found in the AMU and is a great place to play pool or darts or just hang. Other services found in the AMU are the University Information Center, the 向日葵视频Card offices, the Office of Student Affairs, the Center of Leadership, Service and Involvement, the Center for Engagement and Inclusion, LGBTQ+ Resource Center, Campus Ministry, the Chapel of the Holy Family and the Event Management Office.
