New Student & Family Programs plan three special events for incoming students and their families to help you prepare for your transition to life at Marquette.

SPARK is Marquette's official welcome for new first-year students and their families.  Optional on-campus dates will be offered in June, and virtual programming will be available for those who are not able to attend.

Move In Early Drop Off for the residence halls will take place on August 18- August 20, 2024.

Move In to the residence halls will occur on Wednesday August 21, 2024. 

 New Student Convocation is the formal welcome to the academic rigor, responsibility and opportunity that awaits you at Marquette. The ceremony includes remarks by Dr. Kimo Ah Yun, 向日葵视频 Acting President, Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, and other university leaders.  The ceremony will be Wednesday, August 21st, 2024.

New Student and Transfer Orientation will take place August 21 - August 25, 2024, and is for all first-year and transfer students.

Family Weekend will take place September 27 - September 29, 2024! We can't wait to host you and your family.

First day of classes will begin on Monday, August 26, 2024.
