The Lofts
The Lofts building is the southerly building at the corner of 21st and Wisconsin, and contains studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments of various styles.
Studios
- Studios (11 total; ~425 ft2). All studio layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit.

The Suites
The Suites building is the northerly building located at the mid-block of 21st Street between Wisconsin and Wells, and contains 2- and 3-bedroom suites.
Two-bedroom suites
- Two-bedroom, two-bath A-layout (50 total; ~760 ft2). All A-layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit:
- A-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx00, Sx01, Sx03, Sx05, Sx08, Sx15
- B-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx02, Sx04, Sx06, Sx13
- Two-bedroom, two-bath B-layout (10 total, ~760 ft2). All B-layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit:
- A-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx14
- B-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx07
Three-bedroom suites
- Three-bedroom, three-bath (40 total, ~1000 ft2). All three-bedroom suite layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit:
- A-bedspace detached: Floors 1-5: Sx09, Sx11, Sx12, Sx17, Sx19
