Quinoa Stuffed Butternut Squash, Quinoa and Roasted Vegetables Stuffed in a Butternut Squash with a Squash Coulis, $24.00/person.
Barbecue grilled chicken on top of cheddar mashed potatoes with a green bean carrot blend. $28.00/person.
Teriyaki Chicken with an Orange Glaze on Sweet Chili Rice served with Stir Fried Vegetables, $28.00/person.
Lemon Garlic Chicken with Puttanesca served on Tomato Orzo served with Roasted Italian Vegetables, $28.00/person.
Badlands Buffet with BBQ Ribs and Grilled Chicken. Choice of steamed vegetables or green beans and choice of macaroni & cheese or roasted red potatoes. Served with a garden salad and rolls & butter, $26.50/person.
Big Red Barn Buffet with BBQ Pulled Chicken and BBQ Pulled Pork served with hamburger buns. Includes Condiments, garnish tray, creamy cole slaw, roasted potatoes, garden salad with rolls & butter, $26.50/person.
Country Buffet includes New York Strip with choice of home fries or baked potato. Served with corn on the cob, tossed garden salad, toasted french bread, $26.50/person.
Cattle Call Buffet with Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Served with macaroni & cheese and choice of pasta or potato salad and fresh watermelon. Buns, condiments and garnish tray included. $18.00/person
Dietary Considerations:
Gluten Friendly Bun, $3.00/each. Charge when request is made to add a gluten free sandwich to existing boxed lunches or platters. This is a per person charge. Sandwich will be boxed and/or presented separately based on sponsoring departments set up/request.
Served Lunch/Dinner Gluten Friendly Dessert Options. $3.50 up charge to menu pricing for each GF dessert.
