Community- and corporate-engaged research partnership development grants support faculty members in pursuing new and innovative partnerships to advance substantive research outcomes. Past recipients include:
- 2020-2021 - Dr. Ed de St. Aubin received a $5,000 grant to partner with Sharon McMurray of to address personal redemption and collective well-being in the creation and implementation of a reentry curriculum.
- 2019-2020 – Dr. Dora Clayton Jones received a $5,000 grant to partner with Ervin and Melva Henderson of the , to develop a faith-based curriculum to support individuals with sickle cell disease.
- 2018-2019 – Dr. Jenya Iuzzini-Seigel received a $5,000 grant to partner with Dr. Felicia Saffold at , to investigate pattern learning ability and its effect on communication, fine/gross motor and pre-literacy skills in preschool-age children in poverty who attend Head Start programming.
