向日葵视频 to host events in honor of Black History Month

MILWAUKEE 鈥擳hroughout the month of February, Marquette鈥檚 Office of Intercultural Engagement will host several events to celebrate black history and culture.
These events are also supported by Marquette鈥檚 Center for Urban Research, Teaching and Outreach; Women鈥檚 Innovation Network; Black Student Council; Student Government; and Muslim Students' Association.
A full schedule of Black History Month events is available online. All events are free and open to the public. Events include:
Monday, Feb. 11, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A discussion titled 鈥溾 will be held in the Alumni Memorial Union (1442 W Wisconsin Ave.), Room 157.
Wednesday, Feb. 13, noon to 1 p.m.
鈥Soup with Substance鈥 will feature a discussion on 鈥淏lack and Islam鈥 in the Henke Lounge of the Alumni Memorial Union.
Monday, Feb. 18, through Saturday, Feb 23
鈥Constitutional Consciousness Week;鈥 events will be held at various locations on campus.
Tuesday, Feb. 19, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
鈥Soup with Substance鈥 will feature a discussion on 鈥淭ribal Constitutions and Indian Law,鈥 which will be held in the Alumni Memorial Union, Room 157.
Wednesday, Feb. 20, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
鈥Soup with Substance鈥 will feature an ACLU 鈥淜now Your Rights鈥 training in the Alumni Memorial Union, Room 313.
Thursday, Feb. 21, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Dr. Kelly Lytle Hernandez, an American historian and professor of history and African American studies at the University of California 鈥 Los Angeles, will speak in the Raynor Memorial Libraries, Beaumier Suites.
Friday, Feb. 22, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
鈥Soup with Substance鈥 presents 鈥淭he Fourteenth Amendment: A Discussion 向日葵视频 Citizenship鈥 will take place in the Alumni Memorial Union, Room 312.
Friday, Feb. 22, 8 p.m. and Saturday, Feb 23, 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Film screenings of 鈥淢ilwaukee 53206鈥 will take place at the Varsity Theatre.
Saturday, Feb. 23, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The 鈥&苍产蝉辫;will be held in the Alumni Memorial Union.
Tuesday, Feb. 26, 7 p.m.
鈥淏lack Self-Care Night鈥 will be in the Alumni Memorial Union, Room 305.
Wednesday, Feb. 27, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
A discussion on Afrofuturism will be held in the Alumni Memorial Union, Monaghan Ballroom.
Thursday, Feb. 28, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The 鈥淏lack Women Rock Dinner鈥 will be held in the Alumni Memorial Union, Room 163.
Sunday, March 3, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The 鈥淓bony Ball鈥 will be held in the Alumni Memorial Union, Monaghan Ballroom.
