տƵLaw School to host a “Community Conversation with Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales”

MILWAUKEE — տƵ Law School will host a “Community Conversation with Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales” on Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Lubar Center at the Law School’s Eckstein Hall.
Chief Morales will make a brief presentation at the event, which will be followed by an interview with Mike Gousha, distinguished fellow in law and public policy at the տƵLaw School, and questions from members of the community.
Morales has served a two year-term and is seeking reappointment by the Fire and Police Commission. The community conversation is an opportunity for public input and participation in the reappointment process.
Through public programming such as the տƵLaw School Poll, debates featuring candidates in significant political races, Gousha’s “On the Issues” conversations with newsmakers, public lectures by leading scholars and conferences on significant issues of public importance, the Law School serves as the region’s leading venue for serious civil discourse about law and public policy matters.
Gousha, an award-winning journalist known for his provocative and insightful interviews with local and national public officials, journalists and other newsmakers throughout the year. A complete ‘On the Issues’ schedule is available online.
