Dec. 16, 2019
MILWAUKEE — With the Christmas season approaching, several members of the ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ faculty are available to provide expert commentary for your coverage.
ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵexperts are available on traditional topics such as Christmas retail and branding, nutritional tips around big holiday meals, and traversing divisive political talk at family functions. The faculty and staff are also available for some more unique topics, as well:
- John Laurance, S.J., associate professor emeritus of theology, is available to discuss the history of Advent. The season is celebrated with candy and trinkets in the build-up to Christmas but do most people know what they are celebrating? Email him at john.laurance@marquette.edu.
- Don’t regret dreaming of a white Christmas. Jeffrey Wilkens, clinical assistant professor of physical therapy, can discuss proper techniques for shoveling snow without injury and the best way to walk on ice. Email him at wilkens@marquette.edu.
