MILWAUKEE 鈥� As the Thanksgiving holiday season approaches, several members of the 向日葵视频 faculty are available to provide expert commentary for your coverage.
From how to best traverse the holiday season with regards to food, family and shopping, 向日葵视频faculty are available to provide tips and context for holiday stories.
- Felicia Miller, associate professor of marketing, is available to discuss Black Friday, its role in the shopping season and the trends in retail. Email her at felicia.miller@marquette.edu.
- Politics at the dinner table can be difficult to navigate. Dr. Philip Rocco, assistant professor of political science, has tips to survive uncomfortable political talk with family and friends at the holidays. Email him at rocco@marquette.edu.
- Sharon Hope is a longtime volunteer chef for the 向日葵视频 Neighborhood Kitchen. She is an expert in food recovery and can provide unique, creative recipes to repurpose leftover Thanksgiving food. Contact her at (414) 553-1614.
