Dr. Nolette is an expert on American federalism and the interplay between politics and law. With a Ph.D. in political science from Boston College and a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, Dr. Nolette has researched the politics of state attorneys general and wrote Federalism on Trial: State Attorneys General and National Policymaking in Contemporary America.
