UW鈥揗adison graduate student CJ Greer is the 2024-2025 recipient of the Arnold L. Mitchem Dissertation Fellowship. Greer is pursuing a PhD in the Department of Educational Policy and  Leadership, with a doctoral minor in Qualitative Research Methodology in Education. His dissertation research is examining how a Milwaukee community-based educational space uplifts Black youth in their pursuit of social justice education activism.
