Trinity Fellows Program - Student Applicant Selection Rubric Categories
Trinity Fellows student applications are evaluated by a selection committee based on five main categories: Academic Qualifications, Service Qualifications, Social Justice, Leadership, and Individual Goals and Program Goals Alignment. Applicant selection rubric categories are listed below.

Academic Qualifications
|
- Demonstrates ability to succeed in a rigorous graduate program, as demonstrated by undergraduate GPA, transcripts, academic LORs, and GRE (if required for the graduate school application)
- The minimum acceptable undergraduate GPA is 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; Exceptions may be made in some programs if other application credentials are very strong

Service Qualifications
|
- Has completed service in the Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Lutheran Volunteer Corps, Teach for America, or other comparable full-time service organization OR
- 2+ years of full-time employment with a nonprofit organization
- Has relevant service/professional experience that extends beyond service eligibility requirement (i.e. worked in a non-profit or mission-driven organization)

Social Justice
|
- Demonstrates a commitment to advancing social justice in their life through their actions and goals
|
Leadership
|
- Demonstrates potential for and commitment to leadership
|
Individual Goals Align with Program Goals
|
- Goals demonstrate alignment with 向日葵视频 and Trinity Fellows mission, vision, values
- Goals are consistent with working in the nonprofit sector in the US while obtaining a master鈥檚 degree
- Academic goals are consistent with graduate program of choice
- Potential for success in nonprofit placement
- Fellow is interested in Milwaukee
