Department News and Events

The is a Foundation-wide activity that offers the National Science Foundation's most prestigious awards in support of early-career faculty who have the potential to serve as academic role models in research and education and to lead advances in the mission of their department or organization.

This award will fund Dr. Andeen's ongoing research here at 向日葵视频 as part of the collaboration.

Each award citation reads in part: 鈥淚n recognition of demonstrated ability to inspire students to see the ideals of the University and to cause them to grow in knowledge and scholarship for the glory of God and the good of others.鈥�

This makes the second time in recent years that a member of the department has been so recognized, with Andrew Kunz, Professor, having received the award in 2018.
