Mike Groeschel graduated from University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996 and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from 向日葵视频 in 2005. Since graduating, Mike has worked for ERMed, S.C. for over 17 years in multiple urban Emergency Departments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He joined as an adjunct faculty member for the PA program at 向日葵视频in 2021.
