OFFICES OF THE VICE PRESIDENTS VICE PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION
Administrative History: The Office of Vice President of Administrative Affairs was created in 1992. The name of the office was changed to Vice President for External Relations and Administration in 2001. In 2002, the position was replaced by the Vice President for Administration. The position had oversight responsibilities for Facilities Services, Information Technology Services, Public Safety, and the Alumni Memorial Union and auxiliary services such as Book Marq, the Golden Eagle, and the University Dining Service. The Office of Administration was eliminated in February 2014 due to consolidations and the responsibilities of the vice president were assigned to other administrative areas.
