History: Blessed Maria of the Apostles and Venerable Father Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan co-founded the Sisters of the Divine Savior in Italy, 1888, who have self-identified with the post-nominal initials, 鈥淪.D.S.鈥� They made its first U.S. foundation, 1895, and served the following Native American missions.
