History: St. Raphael the Archangel Church, Milwaukee, Holy Spirit/ Holy Ghost Church, Milwaukee, and St. Barbara Church, Milwaukee, were three predominantly non-Native American parishes with a few Native American parishioners in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Holy Spirit and St. Barbara鈥檚 have since closed.

1950s-1980s	A few Native Americans in Milwaukee (e.g. Menominee, Ojibwa, Winnebago [Ho Chunk]) became parishioners of St. Raphael鈥檚, Holy Spirit/ Holy Ghost, and St. Barbara鈥檚
1980-1988 (closed)	In response to Native Americans residing in Milwaukee, Archbishop Rembert G. Weakland, O.S.B. (1927-), established the Siggenauk Center (Menominee, Ojibwa, Winnebago [Ho Chunk]) as a ministry of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
1980-1988	Some members of the Siggenauk Center celebrated their sacraments at St. Raphael鈥檚, Holy Spirit/ Holy Ghost, and St. Barbara鈥檚
