History: Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Ladysmith, Rusk County, Wisconsin, has been a predominantly non-Native American parish in the Diocese of Superior (Archives: Superior, Wisconsin). The parish was formed by clustering six rural parishes in Rusk County, two of which have had some Ojibwa Indian parishioners.
