History: Catherine Doherty (1896-1985) and Eddie Doherty (1890-1975) founded the Madonna House lay community in Combermere, 1947, which in turn, founded and has administered its fieldhouse, La Casa de Nuestra Se帽ora (Navajo), Winslow, Arizona, 1957-present.
