History: The Redemptorists (a.k.a. Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer) were founded in Italy, 1782, and self-identify with the post-nominal initials, 鈥淐.Ss.R.鈥 They made their first U.S. foundation, 1832, and have evangelized Native Americans in the United States through the following provinces.
