Student on campus

The Office of Financial Planning and Analysis provides relevant quantitative and qualitative solutions to the economic challenges that are inherent in Marquette's contemporary business model. The departmental goal is to better serve the student population by providing the analysis that decision-makers need to make fully informed financial decisions. The various audiences of the department include the vice president for finance/treasurer, senior leadership, Board of Trustees, deans and other departmental stakeholders. A partial list of financial information that is assembled by this department on an annual basis includes the composite financial index, a Moody's-based financial ratio analysis that is benchmarked across similarly rated Catholic universities, the incoming freshman class discount analysis, and the responsibility center financial incentive-based reports.
